She is a dynamic leader in real estate marketing, recruitment, and training, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Growth and Development at Weichert, Realtors® – The Griffin Company. Known for her energy, creativity, and results-driven approach, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand presence, building agent success, and driving strategic growth.Beyond her professional achievements, Haley’s greatest joy comes from her close-knit family—her mother Heather, and her sisters Jaden, Riley, and Reese—as well as her supportive and inspiring boyfriend, Tearris. Her strong family ties fuel her motivation and keep her grounded, no matter how fast-paced her career becomes. A passionate sports enthusiast, Haley thrives both on and off the course. She’s an avid golfer, a loyal football fan, and a proud supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks—Go Hogs! Emily Hemenway
Brand Elevation Specialist and Strategic Marketing Manager | NWA
Born and raised in NWA, Emily started her professional career in public education. After 6 years of being a special education teacher, she decided to change paths and get into marketing. Emily loves meeting with agents to discuss their marketing needs. Getting to be creative is something she enjoys in a professional setting. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her husband and traveling to top camping destinations around the country. Emily is very excited to keep learning more in the marketing field here at Weichert Griffin!
Mariah King
Marketing Programs and Creative Designs Manager | NWA
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Mariah has a BA in Graphic Design and has been with Weichert since January 2023. She has been in the marketing field since 2021 and loves helping people bring their ideas to life. She has traveled to over 35 states, 5 countries, and even spent two years working in Yellowstone National Park. Her time at Weichert has allowed her to flourish professionally and she is very excited to continue her work with everyone here at Weichert.
Lori Powell
Marketing and Brand Manager | Fort Smith
Originally from Mena, AR, Lori began her marketing and design career in 2013, primarily in the retail space. Ready for a new challenge, she’s now joined the Fort Smith Weichert office as our Marketing and Brand Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys time at home with her two boys and Goldendoodle, Mabel, along with cooking, interior design, and DIY projects. We’re excited to have her on the team and can’t wait to see her thrive!
